NECA: Investigation into the events of 14 April 1999

NECA has conducted an investigation under clause 3.13.7 of the code into the events of 14 April, when the SA region experienced a maximum spot price of $4438.66, in light of the concerns expressed in the market that capacity might have been withheld in order to manipulate price following the scheduled outage of part of the VIC-SA interconnector.
