SPI PowerNet notified the ACCC that it wished the ACCC to convene a public forum in relation to the draft decision regarding the Victorian transmission network revenue cap.
The ACCC held this public forum on Thursday 14 November 2002 and ACCC staff kept brief minutes of this forum. Please note these minutes are not verbatim but an indication of what issues were canvassed by the interested parties on the day.
