The Eastern Gas Pipeline is currently not covered under the National Third Party Access Code for Natural Gas Pipeline Systems.
The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission does however administer gas access undertakings. See theaccess undertakings on the ACCC websitefor more information on access undertakings previously submitted for the Eastern Gas Pipeline.
