The ACCC approved the access arrangement in 1998 and revisions to the access arrangement in 2003, which was later varied by the Australian Competition Tribunal. The next scheduled review of the access arrangement is due in 2007 and the current proposed revisions are voluntary (which has implications for the review process). In this revision GasNet proposes only four specific changes and does not propose to change the date of the next scheduled review.
