ACCC submission on Victorian cross-ownership rules for the energy sector (April 2005)

In February 2005 the Victorian Department of Infrastructure released an issues paper canvassing options as part of its review of the current quantitative restrictions that apply to the Victorian energy sector. The ACCC's submission into this consultation process is attached below.
