Following Alinta's acquisition of the Queensland Gas Pipeline from Duke Energy, Alinta submitted to the ACCC voluntary revisions to the access arrangement under section 2.28 of the gas code. The proposed revisions to the access arrangement were approved by the ACCC in February 2005.
