On 10 November 2005 the AER released its draft decision on the Directlink Joint Venturers' (DJV) application for conversion to a prescribed service and a maximum allowed revenue to June 2015. The draft decision is attached below.
The closing date for submissions on the draft decision is 9 December 2005. The AER will make its final decision once it has considered the issues raised in submissions.
