The AER is required to set a revenue cap for the non-contestable elements of the transmission services provided by Powerlink for the period 1 July 2007 to 30 June 2012. On 3 April 2006, the AER received Powerlink’s revenue cap application. Powerlink’s letter, application and attachments are available below.
In accordance with its Statement of Regulatory Principles, the AER has reviewed the application and supporting attachments, and is satisfied that they comply with its Information Requirements Guidelines. Accordingly, the AER has commenced public consultation on Powerlink's application. Interested parties are invited to provide written submissions to the AER by close of business Tuesday, 13 June 2006.
