The AER made its final decision on the RFM with effect from 28 September 2007 as required under chapter 6A of the National Electricity Rules (NER) and the transitional provisions in clause 11.6.17 of the NER. A copy of the final decision and the final RFM is available below.
Please note that the first proposed guidelines apply to ElectraNet, SP AusNet and VENCorp in the lodging of their revenue proposals for a 2008 regulatory determination.
