Note that this first proposed scheme applies to SP AusNet during its regulatory control period commencing 1 April 2008 and to ElectraNet and VENCorp during their regulatory control periods commencing 1 July 2008.

The ACCC released the Service standard guidelines in November 2003. In August 2005 the AER adopted the Service standards guidelines when it released its Compendium of electricity transmission regulatory guidelines. You may want to review these documents.
