Cost allocation guidelines

The Australian Energy Regulator made its final decision on cost allocation guidelines with effect from 28 September 2007 as required under chapter 6A of the National Electricity Rules (NER) and the transitional provisions in clause 11.6.17 of the NER. Information requirements guidelines issued by the ACCC and endorsed by the AER

The ACCC released the Information requirements guidelines in June 2002. In August 2005 the AER adopted the Information requirements guidelines when it released its Compendium of electricity transmission regulatory guidelines. You may want to review these documents.
