Dawson Valley pipeline—Anglo Coal/Mitsui—access arrangement
On 22 August 2007 the ACCC made its final decision approving the revised Dawson Valley pipeline access arrangement lodged on 23 July 2007. The final decision document and the approved revised access arrangement and access arrangement information are attached below.
