The Australian Energy Regulator made its final decision on the roll forward models to apply to the ACT and NSW DNSPs with effect from 30 January 2008. These transitional models are required under clause 6.5.1(d) of the transitional Chapter 6 rules for the ACT and NSW, found at appendix 1 of chapter 11 of the National Electricity Rules.
