The AER has published the following documents to apply to ETSA Utilities in the 1 July 2010 to 30 June 2015 regulatory control period:

  • Approved pricing proposal on 18 June 2010
  • Distribution determination on 6 May 2010
  • Cost allocation method on 27 February 2009
  • Framework and approach paper setting out the classification of distribution services, control mechanisms and the application of schemes on 26 November 2008
  • A demand management incentive scheme for the Queensland and South Australian DNSPs on 17 October 2008

The AER must approve a pricing proposal submitted by ETSA Utilities on an annual basis in June of each year. These prices will then take effect from 1 July of each year.
