The AER is preparing to undertake regulatory determinations for electricity distribution network service providers (DNSPs) in Victoria to apply in the 2011–15 regulatory control period. On 19 December 2008, the AER published its preliminary positions paper on the framework and approach for CitiPower, Powercor, Jemena, SP AusNet and United Energy in anticipation of the 2011-2015 distribution determination.
