The APA Group has requested an extension of time for the submission of the revised Moomba-to-Sydney (MSP) access arrangement for 2009-2014 which was due to be submitted to the ACCC on 30 June 2008. The ACCC has considered this request and granted an extension to the 15 December 2008. The extension has been granted so that the APA Group can submit an application to the National Competition Council for a light regulation determination (to reclassify the MSP as a light regulation pipeline).
