Call for submissions on ACT and NSW DNSPs regulatory proposals
On 2 June 2008, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) received regulatory proposals from EnergyAustralia, Country Energy, Integral Energy and ActewAGL in relation to their respective electricity distribution networks.
The AER is required to make a determination in respect of these electricity distribution networks which will establish network charges for the period 2009-2014.
Interested parties are invited to provide written submissions on the regulatory proposals submitted by each distribution network service provider by close of business Friday, 8 August 2008.
