The AER on 10 October 2008 approved an amendment to Central Ranges Pipeline Pty Ltd’s (CRP) distribution access arrangement for the Tamworth distribution network.
The amendment to the access arrangement (previously amended on 15 August 2008) corrects errors identified in relation to the labelling of some charges as GST inclusive rather than GST exclusive that were carried over from the original access arrangement.

On 21 July 2008, Central Ranges Pipeline Pty Ltd (CRP), proposed an amendment to its distribution access arrangement) for the Tamworth distribution network under rule 27(5) of the National gas rules (NGR).
On 15 August 2008, the AER approved one amendment to effect a variation in CRP’s distribution tariffs and ancillary charges for 2008-09 for inflation (as intended under its access arrangement). The amendment is effective 1 September 2008. The AER did not approve a proposed administrative change regarding the notification date of the tariff variation.
