Predetermination conference for TransGrid (9 December 2008)

Notice of predetermination conference for impending NSW distribution and transmission determinations for EnergyAustralia, Integral Energy and TransGrid

In accordance with the National Electricity Rules, the AER is intending to release draft determinations for the NSW and ACT distribution network service providers and TransGrid for the 2009–14 regulatory control period, by the end of November 2008.

The AER has scheduled a predetermination conference on the draft determinations for EnergyAustralia, Integral Energy and TransGrid on Tuesday 9 December 2008, at the Swissotel Sydney, 68 Market St, Sydney. A predetermination conference for the draft determinations for ActewAGL and Country Energy will be held in Canberra on Monday 8 December 2008. The purpose of the predetermination conferences is to explain the draft decisions and receive oral submissions from interested parties.

Interested parties can register to attend the predetermination conference for EnergyAustralia, Integral Energy and TransGrid by sending a completed registration form, via email to aerinquiry@aer.gov.au or via fax to 02 6243 1205 by Tuesday 2 December 2008.
