AER submission to AEMC on Rule change proposal: setting VoLL following the shedding of interruptible load (November 2008)

On 22 October 2008 the AEMC published a notice seeking submissions on a specific issue raised by the National Generators Forum (NGF) in relation to the setting VoLL following the shedding of interruptible load rule change proposal.  This rule change proposal was put forward by the AER following its investigation into the events of 16 January 2007, when bushfires caused transmission lines between Victoria and New South Wales to fail.  The AER's submission comments on the issue raised by the NGF.
