Predetermination conference for Transend (10 December 2008)

In accordance with the National Electricity Rules, the AER released its draft determination for the Tasmanian transmission network service provider, Transend, for the 2009–14 regulatory control period, on 27 November 2008.

The AER also held a predetermination conference on the draft determination for Transend in Hobart on Wednesday 10 December 2008. The purpose of the predetermination conference was to outline the draft decision and receive oral submissions from interested parties.
