Draft access dispute guideline and discussion paper

16 July 2008 the AER released a Draft guideline for resolution of distribution and transmission pipeline access disputes under the National Gas Law and National Gas Rules (Draft access dispute guideline) and a discussion paper for comment. These documents are provided below for reference.

The consultation period for the Draft access dispute guideline closed on 24 October 2008.
