On 25 March 2009 the AER released the final Access Arrangement Guideline.
The Access arrangement guideline has been prepared to assist service providers and other interested parties in the context of the AER’s assessment of the access arrangement proposals for gas pipelines under the National Gas Law (NGL) and National Gas Rules (NGR) which commenced on 1 July 2008. The guideline replaces the ACCC’s access arrangement process guideline which was prepared in relation to the former National third party access code for natural gas pipeline systems.
