Statement on updates for final decision—Australian Competition Tribunal orders (February 2009)

In accordance with the Australian Competition Tribunal’s decision, the AER has updated calculations of the regulatory asset base and maximum allowed revenues for ElectraNet in the AER’s transmission determination (final decision) dated 11 April 2008.
