ActewAGL pricing proposals

ActewAGL is required to submit to the AER an annual pricing proposal which outlines proposed prices to take effect from 1 July.

In accordance with clause 6.18.2(c) of the transitional chapter 6 rules in appendix 1 of chapter 11 of the National Electricity Rules, the AER is required to publish ActewAGL’s pricing proposal upon its receipt, and approve the proposal if it is satisfied it complies with rule requirements and any applicable distribution determination, and if all forecasts associated with the proposal are reasonable.

ActewAGL is required to maintain pricing information in relation to approved pricing proposals on its website.
