Before coming under the regulation of the AER, Jemena Gas Network (NSW) Limited’s gas distribution network access arrangements were approved by the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal of NSW (IPART). The most recent access arrangement approved by IPART ran until 30 June 2010. Past access arrangements can be found on the Code Registrar website.
