Access arrangement proposal

The Australian Energy Regulator (AER) has publicly released the access arrangement proposal submitted for the NSW gas distribution network for the period 1 July 2010 to 30 June 2015. The access arrangement proposal outlines the proposed terms and conditions of access for the distribution network for the period 1 July 2010 to 30 June 2015.

Consultation process

The purpose of the consultation process was to seek interested parties views on the access arrangement proposal so that the AER can make the draft decision to approve or not approve the access arrangement proposal. The AER sought submissions from interested parties from 15 September 2009 to 10 November 2009.
