Application for the early implementation of the market impact component
Under the recent amendments to the National Electricity Rules, transmission network service providers may apply for an early application of the market impact component of the service target performance incentive scheme. Links to AER decisions made under this amendment are available below.
Service standard guidelines issued by the ACCC and endorsed by the AER
The ACCC released the Service standard guidelines in November 2003. In August 2005 the AER adopted the Service standards guidelines when it released its Compendium of electricity transmission regulatory guidelines. You may want to review these documents.
