Pre–determination conference on ETSA Utilities’ draft distribution determination (9 December 2009)

The Australian Energy Regulator (AER) held a pre–determination conference on 9 December 2009 on its draft determination for ETSA Utilities.

The purpose of the pre–determination conference was to allow the AER to explain its draft determination and to receive oral submissions from interested parties.

Interested parties were invited to comment on the AER’s draft determination and/or ask questions at the pre–determination conference. Copies of the agenda, presentation slides and minutes of the conference are available below.
