The AER has released its draft decision on Jemena’s access arrangement proposal for the period 1 July 2010 to 30 June 2015.
The draft decision requires Jemena to revise its access arrangement proposal. Jemena has until 19 March 2010 to submit a revised proposal. A public forum on the AER's draft decision is scheduled for 10am, 24 February 2010.
Consultation process
The AER is seeking submissions on its draft decision and any revised proposal submitted by Jemena.
Submissions may be sent electronically to nswactgas@aer.gov.au by 5 pm A.E.S.T on 28 April 2010.
Interested parties are referred to the AER’s access arrangement guideline for further details on how to make submissions to the AER.
The AER may, but need not, consider a submission it receives after the consultation period has ended.
The AER has decided a period of 77 days for submissions on the draft decision is not counted towards the decision making time for the full access arrangement final decision. This also includes an overlapping period of 36 days for Jemena to submit a revised proposal.
The AER has made this decision under rule 11 of the National Gas Rules.
