AER draft decision on Ausgrid's (EnergyAustralia's) public lighting services proposal (February 2010)
On 25 November 2009, the Australian Competition Tribunal made orders that the AER’s April 2009 decision on Ausgrid's (EnergyAustralia’s) public lighting services be remitted back to the AER to make the decision again in accordance with its directions.
On 7 January 2010, the AER received a proposal from Ausgrid (EnergyAustralia) on its public lighting services. The AER has considered the proposal and a submission from SSROC and has made its draft decision.
