AER draft decision on EnergyAustralia's public lighting services proposal (February 2010)
On 25 November 2009, the Australian Competition Tribunal made orders that the AER’s April 2009 decision on EnergyAustralia’s public lighting services be remitted back to the AER to make the decision again in accordance with its directions.
