On 19 March 2010, the AER received the revised access arrangement proposal for the NSW gas distribution network owned by Jemena Gas Networks Ltd (Jemena) for the period 1 July 2010 to 30 June 2015.
Consultation process
The AER is seeking submissions on the revised access arrangement proposal submitted by Jemena.
Submissions may be sent electronically to nswactgas@aer.gov.au by 5 pm–A.E.S.T on Wednesday, 28 April 2010.
Interested parties are referred to the AER’s access arrangement guideline for further details on how to make submissions to the AER.
The AER may, but need not, consider a submission it receives after the consultation period has ended.
