Access arrangement final decision–NSW gas distribution network
The AER has released its final decision on JGN’s access arrangement proposal for the period 1 July 2010 to 30 June 2015.
The final decision requires revisions to be made to JGN’s revised access arrangement proposal and access arrangement information. These revisions are incorporated into the AER’s access arrangement proposal and the access arrangement information, both of which form an annexure to the AER’s final decision.
The AER’s access arrangement proposal
The AER expects to make a decision on its access arrangement proposal and publish the approved access arrangement by the end of June 2010.

The final decision has been amended to consistently reference the increase in tariffs in the Overview section to 2010–11.
