Access arrangement decision–Jemena Gas Networks NSW gas distribution network
The AER has released its decision to approve the access arrangement (including the reference services agreement and access arrangement information) drafted by the AER for the Jemena Gas Networks' NSW gas distribution network for the period 1 July 2010 to 30 June 2015. The access arrangement, reference services agreement and access arrangement information are published with this decision.
The decision makes revisions to the access arrangement proposal, reference services agreement and access arrangement information drafted by the AER and released with the AER’s 11 June 2010 final decision on the service provider’s access arrangement proposal. These revisions correct errors and omissions in the documents. The revisions made by the AER are incorporated into the access arrangement (including the reference services agreement and access arrangement information) drafted by the AER and published with this decision.
The access arrangement will take effect on 1 July 2010.
