SA distribution draft determination (30 November 2009)
The Australian Energy Regulator (AER) has made its draft determination on the regulatory proposal submitted by ETSA Utilities, the South Australian electricity distributor. The determination covers the period 1 July 2010 to 30 June 2015 and sets the revenue that ETSA Utilities is able to recover for the provision of electricity distribution services.

The AER hosted a pre-determination conference in Adelaide on its draft decision on Wednesday 9 December 2009. The conference provided an opportunity for the AER to outline its draft determination and to receive oral submissions from interested parties. Submissions
Interested parties were invited to provide written submissions on the AER’s draft determination and ETSA Utilities’ revised regulatory proposal. Submissions closed on 16 February 2010.
