Atrio Apartments CTS 46116 - 29 Robertson Street application for an individual exemption - request for submissions

On 17 May 2017, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application for an individual exemption from Atrio Apartments CTS 46116 from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law for 29 Robertson Street QLD.

Invitation for submissions

We are now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on Atrio Apartments CTS 46116's application by Thursday 15 June 2017. Submissions should be emailed “Attention: Sarah Proudfoot, General Manager, Retail Markets Branch” at AERExemptions@aer.gov.au with the following title in the email: Atrio Apartments CTS 46116 - 29 Robertson Street - application for an individual exemption.

We will take into account submissions in deciding whether or not to grant Atrio Apartments CTS 46116's application.
