On 7 September 2023, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from Region RE Limited for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law at Muswellbrook Fair, 19-29 Rutherford Road Muswellbrook, NSW 2333.
We are now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on Region RE Limited’s application by Thursday 5 October 2023.
