On 30 April 2018, Powercor submitted to the AER a request to develop a replacement Framework and Approach (F&A) to apply to its next distribution determination process for the 2021-25 regulatory control period.
Energy consumers and other interested parties were invited to make submissions on whether it is desirable to amend or replace Powercor's current F&A by 7 June 2018. No submissions were received.
On 28 June 2018, the AER issued a decision to replace Powercor's F&A. Consultation will commence in August 2018.
Invitation for submissions
The AER published a preliminary F&A for Victorian distributors on 14 September 2018.
Energy consumers and other interested parties are invited to make submissions on the Preliminary F&A. Submissions are due on Friday 9 November 2018. Submissions should be emailed to: Vic2021email@example.com.

Upcoming stakeholder forum
Interested parties are invited to join us for a public forum on Preliminary F&A. This forum will take place on the morning of Thursday 25 October 2018 in Melbourne.
