Overview
On 25 September 2015, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) approved a retailer authorisation application from Mojo Power Pty Ltd (Mojo Power), previously known as Enegeni Operations Pty Ltd, under the National Energy Retail Law. Mojo Power is now authorised to retail electricity as and when the National Energy Retail Law is adopted in each participating jurisdiction.
The AER sought submissions from interested stakeholders. Consultation on the application closed on 31 August 2015. No submissions were received.
