Overview
On 10 July 2017, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) approved a retailer authorisation application from Sustainable Savings Pty Ltd (Sustainable) under the National Energy Retail Law (NERL). Sustainable is now authorised to retail electricity as and when the NERL is adopted in each participating jurisdiction.
The AER sought submissions from interested stakeholders. Consultation on the application closed on 31 March 2017. One submission was received.
