Overview

On 18 December 2018, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from ISPT Pty Ltd for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law for Richmond Market Place.

The application also sought individual exemptions for three other sites, Fletcher Village, Kincumber Village and Wagga Wagga Market Place.

Invitation for submissions

We are now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on ISPT Pty Ltd's application by 4 February 2019.

Submissions should be emailed "Attention: Sarah Proudfoot, General Manager, Consumer and Markets Branch" at AERExemptions@aer.gov.au with the following title in the email: ISPT Pty Ltd - Richmond Market Place- application for an individual exemption.

We will take into account submissions in deciding whether or not to grant ISPT Pty Ltd's application.
