Overview

On 13 March 2019, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from Dexus Wholesale Property Limited for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law to sell energy at Deepwater Plaza Shopping Centre, Woy Woy, NSW.

Invitation for submissions

We are now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on Dexus Wholesale Property Limited's application by Friday 12 April 2019. Submissions should be emailed "Attention: Angela Bourke, General Manager, Consumers and Markets Branch" at AERexemptions@aer.gov.au with the following title in the email: Dexus Wholesale Property Limited - application for an individual exemption.
