Overview

On 4 December 2019, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from Stockland Property Management Pty Ltd for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law to sell energy at Baulkham Hills shopping centre, 375-383 Windsor Road, NSW.

Invitation for submissions

We are now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on Stockland Property Management Pty Ltd's application by Monday 13 January 2020. Submissions should be emailed "Attention: Sarah Proudfoot, General Manager, Consumers and Markets Branch" at AERExemptions@aer.gov.au with the following title in the email: Stockland Property Management Pty Ltd - application for an individual retail exemption.

We will take into account submissions in deciding whether or not to grant Stockland Property Management Pty Ltd's application.
