The AER collects information from regulated businesses in order to undertake its functions. The AER uses Regulatory Information Notices (RINs) to collect information, at the time it is making a regulatory determination about that business and annually throughout the regulatory period. The AER publishes non-confidential information received from regulated businesses in order to support effective and transparent regulatory process and ensure that stakeholders can access information on issues affecting their interests.
Information is provided annually by ActewAGL. We note that the information has been provided in order to comply with the RINs issued, and as such may not be suitable for any other purposes.
