Retail guidelines

The AER will have various roles under the Retail Law and Rules, and in early 2010 it commenced consultation on the guidelines and instruments required. The guidelines and instruments will take effect on 1 July 2012 in the ACT and in Tasmania. In other jurisdictions, they will take effect when the Retail Law commences in that particular state or territory.
