We collect and publish data from network businesses that allow us to undertake our regulatory functions, including monitoring outcomes against revenue determinations, developing performance reports and preparing for future determinations.
Regulatory Information Notices (RINs)
We issue annual Regulatory Information Notices (RINs) that enable us to collect and monitor information from regulated businesses. We publish non-confidential information from their RIN responses to increase the transparency and accountability of network performance to stakeholders.
