AER invites submissions on Evoenergy's access arrangement revised proposal for the 2021-26 access arrangement period

On 13 January 2021, Evoenergy submitted its gas access arrangement revised proposal in response to our draft decision for the 2021-26 access arrangement period.

Invitation for submissions

We invite submissions from interested stakeholders on Evoenergy's revised proposal by the close of business on 17 February 2021. Evoenergy notes that its revised proposal reflects updated ACT policy settings for no new gas connections in ACT developments from 2023, which has reduced its gas demand forecast for the 2021-26 period compared to its initial proposal and, in turn, has impacted forecast capital expenditure and network charges.
