AER publishes frequently asked questions regarding the Retailer Reliability Obligation

The AER has published a frequently asked questions fact sheet (FAQs) in relation to the Retailer Reliability Obligation (RRO) which brings together responses to recent queries from stakeholders. 

The AER expects participants to understand their obligations under the RRO and ensure they have robust systems, processes and personnel in place to achieve compliance. Participants should review the FAQs, as well as the AER’s suite of RRO guidelines, to assist in this process. 

The AER may update the FAQs from time to time as it receives further queries. Participants should check the AER’s website on a regular basis to ensure they have reviewed the most up-to-date guidance.
