Camelot Terrace CTS 10067 Body Corporate - 34 Dornoch Terrace application for individual exemption - request for submissions

On 19 September 2019, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from Camelot Terrace CTS 10067 Body Corporate for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law to sell energy at 34 Dornoch Terrace, West End, QLD 4101.

Invitation for submissions

We are now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on Camelot Terrace CTS 10067 Body Corporate's application by Friday 18 October 2019. Submissions should be emailed "Attention: Sarah Proudfoot, General Manager, Consumers and Markets Branch" at AERExemptions@aer.gov.au with the following title in the email: Camelot Terrace CTS 10067 Body Corporate - application for an individual retail exemption.

We will take into account submissions in deciding whether or not to grant Camelot Terrace CTS 10067 Body Corporate's application.

Accordingly, submissions will be treated as public documents and posted on the AER's website, unless prior arrangements are made with the AER to treat the submission, or portions of it, as confidential. Those wishing to submit confidential information are requested to:

  • clearly identify the information that is the subject of the confidentiality claim; and
  • provide a non-confidential version of the submission.
